About the PharmaBatch B2B pharmaceutical marketplace
PharmaBatch is a private B2B pharmaceutical marketplace where approved organisations match exact medicine packs, publish requirements and manage seller responses.
Why it exists
Medicine sourcing is often spread across spreadsheets, calls and email threads. PharmaBatch keeps the exact pack, buyer request, seller response and resulting order status together.
Who can use it
The marketplace is designed for pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations with the appropriate authority to buy medicines. Seller applications are limited to legal entities established in one of the 27 EU member states and remain subject to organisation, authorisation and official-record review. PharmaBatch is not a patient pharmacy and does not provide medical advice.
Two ways to source
Inside the approved member workspace, a buyer can request a quantity from an existing seller offer. If no suitable offer is listed, the buyer can publish a request for quotation (RFQ) against the exact medicine pack and compare responses.
Two account permissions
A buyer account is for buying only and cannot list stock or respond to RFQs. A verified seller account includes buyer access: it can request stock and publish RFQs as well as submit available batches and respond to buyer demand.
What verified sellers can do
Verified sellers can submit available batches with quantity, origin, expiry, storage and price information. They can also respond to open buyer RFQs. A submitted listing is reviewed before it becomes a live marketplace offer.
The medicine directory stays private
The complete medicine and pack directory is available only to approved members and administrators. It is internal reference data—not a public stock list, price list or offer to supply.
Choose buyer or verified seller access
Buyer accounts buy only. Verified seller accounts can buy and sell, subject to eligibility and organisation review.
