PharmaBatch marketplace fees and pricing

A fixed 6.5% marketplace fee is included in each buyer-facing final product price. Sellers enter a confidential net price; transaction-specific logistics are itemised separately.

One fixed marketplace fee

PharmaBatch applies 6.5% to the supplier net product price. That fee is already included in the final product price shown to a buyer, so no additional marketplace percentage is added after the buyer selects the price.

What the seller sees

The seller enters and sees its supplier net price, which forms the supplier-settlement basis for the proposed transaction. The seller does not see the buyer-facing final product price.

What the buyer sees

The buyer sees the final product price including the 6.5% marketplace fee. The buyer does not see the supplier net price. Exact counterparty prices remain commercially confidential.

Logistics are handled separately

Transport, cold-chain, insurance, duties, taxes, special handling and similar transaction-specific amounts are not calculated automatically by the marketplace. Where applicable, an administrator manually itemises them in the applicable transaction documents and commercial invoice.

Minimum order value

The marketplace workflow currently applies a €2,000 minimum buyer-facing product value before separately itemised logistics, duties or taxes. Account creation and organisation review do not create an order or charge.

Reference data is not a seller offer

Reference data used to organise the private medicine directory is not automatically published as marketplace stock or pricing. A participating seller enters the supplier net price for its own offer.

Transparent fee illustration

From supplier net to buyer final product price

Enter the supplier net price for one exact catalogue pack and the pack quantity. The calculator uses the same per-pack cent rounding as the marketplace order engine, then multiplies by quantity. This illustration does not add logistics, process payment or approve a transaction.

Product-price illustration only: the fee is rounded to the nearest cent for each exact pack, exactly as in the marketplace workflow, and the buyer final product price includes that fixed 6.5% fee. Transport, cold-chain, insurance, duties, taxes and special handling are not calculated automatically; where applicable, an administrator manually itemises them in the transaction documents and commercial invoice.
