Marketplace for eligible EU pharmaceutical wholesalers

Eligible EU-27 pharmaceutical sellers can privately present surplus or short-dated batches with actual expiry data, use buyer tools and answer RFQs after approval.

Seller location eligibility

Only legal entities established in one of the 27 EU member states may apply as sellers. This refers to the seller’s registered legal-entity location—not the medicine’s country of origin. Seller tools remain unavailable while the application is pending.

One seller account, two capabilities

Verified sellers can use the buyer workflow to request listed stock or publish RFQs. They can also list batches and respond to other buyers. A buyer-only account cannot sell.

Apply before listing stock

Submit current organisation and wholesale authorisation details for review. The issuing national competent authority remains responsible for authorisation and inspection. EudraGMDP, operated by EMA, is a critical official-record verification source used alongside the submitted evidence.

Match the exact pack

Choose the correct record from the private medicine directory before entering the available quantity, supplier net price per pack, country of origin, expiry, storage conditions and batch number where relevant.

A controlled route for eligible surplus stock

If a real batch remains saleable under the seller’s quality procedures and applicable requirements, the seller can privately present its exact expiry, quantity, origin, storage conditions and supplier net price. Approved buyers see a separate final product price that includes the 6.5% marketplace fee; exact counterparty prices remain commercially confidential. Buyers can assess the remaining shelf life against their destination and operational requirements. This may give eligible surplus or short-dated inventory another route before it becomes obsolete or is written off. A listing never guarantees a buyer, sale or transaction acceptance, and the seller remains responsible for withdrawing stock that no longer qualifies as saleable.

Submit an offer for review

New offers enter an administrator queue before they are shown as live stock to approved marketplace members. The seller remains responsible for keeping the listing accurate and current.

Respond to buyer RFQs

Open buyer requests show the medicine, pack, quantity, destination and other stated requirements. Submit the quantity, supplier net price, origin, expiry and storage terms you can offer.

Confirm direct requests

When a buyer requests quantity from one of your live offers, confirm or decline it. A confirmed request—or a buyer-selected RFQ response—moves to marketplace review before an order record is created.

Give real inventory a controlled route to verified demand

Eligible EU-27 legal entities can apply to present available, surplus or short-dated batches privately after seller verification.
