Approved pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and wholesalers can privately search exact packs, review offers from reviewed EU and UK seller organisations and publish RFQs.
Approved buyers search the private medicine directory by brand, ingredient, strength, form, manufacturer or PZN. A directory record identifies the pack; it does not promise stock or a price.
Seller access is limited to eligible legal entities established in the EU-27 or United Kingdom and remains subject to organisation, wholesale-authorisation and official-record review. This gives approved buyers a controlled route to consider available batches and RFQ responses from reviewed EU and UK pharmaceutical sellers. Review does not guarantee a particular batch, availability, authenticity or transaction acceptance; every selected proposal still follows the documented transaction-specific checks.
When an approved seller has a live offer, review its quantity, final product price per pack, country of origin, expiry and storage details. The buyer-facing product price already includes the 6.5% marketplace fee. Choose the quantity you need and send a purchase request to the seller.
If no suitable offer is listed, create a request for quotation (RFQ) for the exact pack. Add the required quantity, destination, minimum expiry and any relevant storage requirements.
Seller responses show the proposed quantity, fee-inclusive final product price, origin, expiry and storage information. Select one response to send it to marketplace review.
Direct requests, RFQ responses, notifications and approved order records remain visible in your organisation’s dashboard.
A buyer account can search, request stock and publish RFQs, but it cannot list batches or respond as a seller. Selling requires an eligible verified seller account and a separate seller-level review.
