This notice explains the information PharmaBatch records to operate a private B2B marketplace and how applicants can contact us about that information.
Information we collect
Account and contact details, organisation and licence information, documents submitted for application review, marketplace activity, communications, security logs and transaction workflow records.
Why we use it
To authenticate users, review organisations, provide role-based marketplace access, prevent misuse, maintain an audit trail, communicate status changes and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Access and sharing
Application documents are not public. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers that support hosting, email, security or regulated transaction execution. Counterparty identity is disclosed only when required by an approved workflow.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for the period needed for application review, security, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web directory and protected by account and administrator controls.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@pharmabatch.com. Some audit or transaction records may need to be retained under law or legitimate compliance requirements.
