Seller Service Agreement
Verified seller access includes buying and selling and is conditional on regional eligibility, organisation review and the accuracy of every batch offer.
Seller eligibility and account permissions
Only legal entities established in the EU-27 may apply for verified seller access. A verified seller may also use buyer tools. A buyer-only account has no permission to list or respond as a seller.
Seller warranties
The seller confirms that it holds the licences required for each offered product and territory, has authority to offer the stock, and will keep availability, quantity, batch, expiry, storage and origin information accurate.
Quality and documentation
The seller must provide requested traceability, GDP, quality, recall and transport documentation and must promptly report any change that affects an active offer.
Offers and acceptance
A listing is not automatically an approved order. Buyer selection, supplier confirmation, marketplace review and River Pharma GmbH’s transaction-specific acceptance must be completed.
Instructions, fees and settlement
For an accepted transaction, the supplier receives the applicable purchasing and fulfilment instructions. Settlement conditions and any platform, service or logistics fee are confirmed in the relevant commercial schedule or transaction documents before execution.
Suspension
PharmaBatch may suspend listings or access where licence, product, quality, sanctions, safety or data-integrity concerns arise.
