Buyer Service Agreement
Buyer access is buying only and is limited to approved organisations with authority to procure the requested products.
Buying-only permission
A buyer account may search, request stock and publish RFQs. It may not list batches or respond to RFQs as a seller; those functions require eligible verified seller access and seller-level review.
Buyer warranties
The buyer confirms that its organisation and named representatives are authorised to procure and, where relevant, import the requested medicine in the destination jurisdiction.
Requests and decisions
RFQs and purchase requests must contain accurate quantity, destination, pack and handling requirements. The buyer must review the exact seller offer and transaction documents before acceptance.
No clinical advice
PharmaBatch provides a private B2B workflow and medicine-reference directory. It does not prescribe medicines or provide clinical advice.
Payment, invoice and delivery
For a transaction accepted for wholesale execution, River Pharma GmbH issues the buyer’s commercial medicine invoice. Payment, tax, import, release, shipping and acceptance requirements are confirmed in the applicable transaction documents and may vary by transaction.
Responsible use
A buyer must not use marketplace information to bypass compliance controls, misrepresent demand or initiate an unlawful supply route.
