Legal information
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the PharmaBatch digital marketplace. They do not replace the transaction documents, licences or regulatory duties that apply to a specific trade.
1. Marketplace scope
PharmaBatch provides private product discovery, requests for quotation (RFQs), seller-offer workflows, approval records and communication tools for eligible organisations. A medicine-directory entry is not an offer, availability statement or authorisation to trade.
2. Eligibility and account review
Users must represent a legitimate organisation and provide accurate, current licensing information. Buyer access is buying only. Verified seller access includes buying and selling and is available only to eligible legal entities established in the EU-27. PharmaBatch may restrict, suspend or reject access while information is incomplete or cannot be validated.
3. Transaction responsibility
A seller is responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of its own offer. A buyer is responsible for its authority to procure and import. Where River Pharma GmbH accepts a proposed transaction, it is the wholesale contracting and invoicing party identified in the applicable transaction documents. PharmaBatch does not issue the commercial medicine invoice or take title to the stock.
4. Prohibited conduct
Users must not submit false documents, circumvent approval controls, scrape private marketplace data, manipulate prices, contact anonymised counterparties outside the authorised workflow or use the platform for an unlawful transaction.
5. Records and availability
PharmaBatch may retain audit records required for security, dispute handling and legal compliance. Service availability is not guaranteed, although reasonable safeguards, backups and monitoring are maintained.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to info@pharmabatch.com. Final legal terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which the marketplace operates.
